If you've taken a look at the other pages of this website, you've seen that NORGANIX is a technologically-advanced biosecurity solution used to prevent the pathogenic contamination of concrete in a revolutionary manner never before possible. NORGANIX eliminates microbes that enter and thrive deep within concrete—including Salmonella, E.coli, Listeria and mold. Then, NORGANIX seals the concrete's capillary system shut to prevent microbial recontamination. Here's some of the numbers that came out of the Auburn University research on NORGANIX.
Microbe | Type | Causes These Health Problems |
---|---|---|
Salmonella | Gram-negative | Salmonellosis, Typhoid fever |
E.coli | Gram-negative | Gastroenteritis, Peritonitis |
Legionella | Gram-negative | Legionnaire's Disease |
Neisseria | Gram-negative | Meningitis, Gonorrhea |
Haemophilus Influenza | Gram-negative | Pneumonia, Osteomyelitis |
Listeria | Gram-positive | Listeriosis |
Staphylococcus | Gram-positive | Skin infections, Food poisoning |
Streptococcus | Gram-positive | Strep throat, Endocarditis |
Enterococcus | Gram-positive | Bacteremia, Sepsis |
Molds | Spore-forming | Allergies, Respiratory Illnesses |
Mildew | Spore-forming | Respiratory Illnesses, Skin Irritations |
Bacillus | Spore-forming | Foodborne Illnesses |
Clostridium | Spore-forming | Botulism |
A few years ago, Auburn University was engaged to conduct research on the efficacy of the NORGANIX product. Because this product is of keen interest within the food industry—especially the poultry industry—due to their perpetual challenge combating Salmonella contamination, the Auburn University Department of Poultry Sciences was asked to undertake the laboratory research. Over the course of 18 months three separate phases of research were conducted. First came research on Gram-Negative bacteria using Salmonella as the test microbe. Second came research on Gram-Positive bacteria using Listeria as the test microbe. In the third phase of research the Auburn scientists tested the NORGANIX product on two spore-formers—Bacillus and Clostridium—both of which are widely recognized as being exceedingly difficult to kill.
The results of the Auburn research were compelling. Their findings include the following:
These findings prove conclusively that NORGANIX is effective as a biosecurity treatment for contaminated concrete. We believe it is the only product available anywhere that can do all this.
